Project Systems Trainer will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of a large-scale system change, medEbridge.
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in the new system.
This is a Fixed Term Contract, 12 months, part-time 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Strong background in instructional design and facilitation, with the ability to engage and support learners at all levels.
- Experience with instructional design or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations or change management projects.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Ability to adapt approach to ensure ongoing business and stakeholder needs are met.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Desirable: Experience working in an agile project team or in a project environment; Experience with system rollout; Specifically delivering multi-faceted learning modes - E-learn, videos, work instructions etc.
- Must be skilled at training delivery; ideal if you have experience rolling out training to clinicians.
- L&D background - understand and experienced in adult learning principles.
- Qualifications in training and assessment are highly regarded.
- Understanding of / experience in an allied health or NDIS setting.
