About FocusReactive: FocusReactive is a modern consultancy specializing in Jamstack, Headless CMS, and Headless eCommerce development. We partner with vendors like Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, helping clients build modern marketing platforms. We're not an outsourcing company; we expect engineers to integrate well into client projects.
Role Overview: You'll work on client outsourcing projects and GitNation.com product development. Responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with managers, and ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, scope, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments).
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues.
- Manage client expectations and resolve concerns promptly.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
- Report and escalate issues to management.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Foster strong client and manager relationships.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of project/delivery management experience.
- Experience in both outsourcing and product (especially EdTech) projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- Technical background is a plus.
