Job Details
Since 1998, Businessolver has delivered market-changing benefits technology and services. As a Proposal Team Manager, you’ll lead the proposal team, overseeing the RFI/RFP process.
The Gig:
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of RFP writers.
- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end RFI/RFP process.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final reviews of proposal content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Consultants, Strategic Advisors, and SMEs.
- Resource Development: Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources.
- Escalation Point: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues.
What you need to make the cut:
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on RFPs and proposals.
- Proven experience using standardized RFP templates and response tools.
- Background in the SaaS industry; experience in benefits administration is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
