About this Position

Manage provider enrollment applications for Medicaid programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing and delivering excellent customer service. This fast-paced role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Professionally interact with healthcare providers to address enrollment and file maintenance inquiries.
• Process 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests following documented work instructions.
• Identify application deficiencies, notify providers of incompleteness, and guide corrections based on audit findings.
• Respond to inquiries about application statuses and conduct phone outreach to resolve deficiencies.
• Meet or exceed a minimum quality score of 98%.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on process improvement.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.

Additional Information

On-site training in Austin, TX for 3 months (within 60 miles) then remote for those over 60 miles. Support vital healthcare programs in a dynamic environment.

Pay Range: $19-20/hour
