Job Description:
Acting as the primary contact for project matters. Managing client expectations to ensure client satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services. Preparing project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement.
Planning project activities, including deadlines and milestones. Reporting to client and PrimeVigilance management, e.g., preparing monthly reports, serving as a basis for invoicing.
Proven Pharmacovigilance experience:
- Processing and quality review of ICSRs
- Writing or contributing to aggregate reports
- Literature screening
- Reconciliation
- SOP preparation
Project Management experience: ideally from a service provider/CRO in Healthcare or Life Science.
Communication skills: Comfortable communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.
Leadership skills: Strong planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
