Full-Time Qualitative Project Assistant (German speaking)

• Aiding in recruitment of respondents in their local language.
• Calling, confirming, and rescreening respondents.
• Finalizing internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers.
• Managing vendors and ensuring M3 achieves and exceeds client expectations.
• Checking deliverables from vendors.
• Negotiating costs with vendors and freelancers.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with freelancers and vendors.
• Liaising with clients on behalf of Project Managers.

• Business fluent in both German and English.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time.
