Full-Time Qualitative Project Assistant (Multi-lingual)

• Aide in recruitment of respondents in their local language.
• Call, confirm, and re-screen respondents.
• Finalize recruitment update spreadsheets.
• Manage and control vendors, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
• Check deliverables from vendors.
• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers.
• Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors.
• Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers.

• Business fluent in both German and English.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time.
