Job Details
The Project Manager - Qualitative is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple studies, both domestic and international, with a focus on qualitative research. The PM will actively and directly manage all aspects of each project, to ensure successful project completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage qualitative projects through entire project life cycle including all aspects of managing clients, partners and healthcare professional sample.
- Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirming of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qual interviews, etc.
- Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring of statistics, managing respondent honoraria and closing/auditing/invoicing of projects.
- Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status.
- Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and identify issues when in field.
- Manage and leverage relationships with vendors, domestic and international.
- Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Market Research.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- MRA Professional Researcher Certification (or willingness to attain).
- Ability to work 2nd shift (US EST time zone)
