Full-Time Quantitative Project Manager (Remote)

QQFS is seeking an experienced Quantitative Project Manager to join our Market Research team.

Mission: Communication and relationship liaison between QQFS, clients, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage quantitative market research projects (entire lifecycle).
• Manage clients, partners, healthcare/consumer samples.
• Set up, test surveys, prepare/send samples.
• Quality/audit checks, manage respondent inquiries, honoraria.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, ensure understanding of specifications, needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Manage relationships with vendors for accurate, timely deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor productivity and quality of data collection.
• Produce regular project status updates and progress reports.
• Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for project costs.
• Partner with sales and operations to address issues and improve research study performance.
• Support international teams independently.
