Full-Time Real Estate Coordinator

Real Estate Coordinator initiates, coordinates, processes, and monitors Due Diligence for Rebuild projects and Development activities. Key customers include Legal, USCG, Development Team, Asset Management.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Works with Construction Coordinator, Field Office, and Legal to expedite the Rebuild process.
• Coordinates with key partners and stakeholders.
• Works with RE Lead and FET Portfolio Manager.
• Manages relationships with and sources title companies, surveyors, environmental consultants, contractors, brokers, and suppliers.
• Facilitates entitlement applications for landowner/property owner approval, working directly with Legal.

Cost Management:

• Reviews, reconciles, and processes soft costs (title, survey, aerials, soils, consultants, property valuations).
• Monitors and updates Rebuild costs.
• Tracks outside counsel spending per project and site maintenance submissions.
• Works on releasing performance bonds/escrows on completed projects.
• Assists with project closeouts.

Process Management:

• Orders due diligence from vendors and follows up for timely receipt.
• Reviews due diligence materials for accuracy.
• Facilitates and participates in Core project meetings.
• Monitors project schedules and processes to execute the Core Project Annual Plan.
• Ensures resolution of conditions required to close Rebuild transactions (title, survey, valuations, closing documents).
• Collects, inputs, and provides information for planning.
• Resolves property management issues (legal clearance, property disputes, condemnations).
• Ensures site files are organized, maintained, and updated.
• Assembles, processes, and verifies completeness of Due Diligence.
• Facilitates Restaurant Close process through RCA, coordinating with Owner-operator, Landlord.
• Tracks closing dates.
