In your role as a real estate data entry operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our database. You will be responsible for accurately entering a variety of data to maintain correct and current records.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve data discrepancies.
• Adhere to privacy and data security regulations.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data.
• Perform secretarial duties, including filing, managing office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent; bachelor's degree is ideal but not necessary.
• Solid background in data entry or a related field.
• Strong command of real estate language and procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite and data input programs.
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
