Real Estate Data Entry Operator
Responsibilities:

1. Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
2. Examine and amend data for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
3. Collaborate with teammates to resolve data discrepancies.
4. Uphold privacy and data security regulations.
5. Assist in report and presentation creation using acquired data.
6. Perform secretarial duties (filing, office supply monitoring, scanning, printing).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong data entry background.
• Strong command of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficient in computer use, including MS Office suite and data entry programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, especially for remote team work.
