In your role as a real estate data entry operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our database. You will be responsible for accurately entering a variety of data to maintain correct and current records.

Responsibilities:

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve data discrepancies.
• Adhere to privacy and data security regulations.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations.
• Perform secretarial duties (filing, supplies, scanning, printing).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong data entry background or related experience.
• Strong command of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
