Real Estate Data Entry Operator
Responsibilities: Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database. Examine and amend data for accuracy. Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies. Be mindful of privacy and data security. Assist in creating reports and presentations. Perform secretarial duties (filing, office supplies, scanning, printing).
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred. Solid data entry background. Strong command of real estate language and procedures. Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and data input programs. Exceptional precision and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Excellent organization and time management skills. Good communication skills, especially for remote team work.
