Full-Time Real Estate Data Entry Operator

As a real estate data entry operator, you'll update our database with accurate data.

Responsibilities include:

• Updating and adding transactions, client info, and real estate data to the database.
• Verifying and amending data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with teammates to resolve data discrepancies.
• Adhering to data security and privacy regulations.
• Assisting in report and presentation creation.
• Performing secretarial tasks like filing, supply monitoring, scanning, and printing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong data entry background.
• Strong understanding of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficient in computer use, including MS Office and data input programs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, especially for remote teams.
