Real Estate Data Entry Operator
In your role as a real estate data entry operator, you will play a crucial role in updating our database.
Responsibilities
- Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
- Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to privacy and data security regulations.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations.
- Perform secretarial duties (filing, office supplies, scanning, printing).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong background in data entry or related field.
- Strong command of real estate language and procedures.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, data input programs).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills (remote team).
Compensation
$26.81 - $29.97 per hour
