Full-Time Real Estate Data Entry Operator

As a Real Estate Data Entry Operator, you'll maintain and update our database. Your role involves accurately entering diverse data to ensure accurate and current records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data in the database.
2. Review and correct data for accuracy and completeness.
3. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
4. Uphold data privacy and security regulations.
5. Assist with report and presentation creation using acquired data.
6. Perform secretarial duties, including filing, office supply management, scanning, and printing (as needed).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solid background in data entry or a related field.
• Strong command of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficient with computers, including MS Office Suite and data input programs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, especially in remote teams.
