Full-Time Real Estate Data Entry Operator

As a Real Estate Data Entry Operator, you'll maintain and update our database. You'll ensure data accuracy and completeness by entering various data types. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Update and add transactions, client info, and real estate data.
• Review and correct data for accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members on data discrepancies.
• Prioritize data privacy and security.
• Assist with report and presentation creation.
• Perform secretarial tasks (filing, supplies, scanning, printing).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficient in computer use, including MS Office and data input programs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills (remote team).
