Real Estate Transaction & Dispositions Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1400 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Position Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Transaction & Dispositions Coordinator to support property closings and drive post-contract marketing efforts. This is a remote execution role where you'll manage the flow of real estate transactions while supporting the team in property disposition through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract through close, including coordination with escrow, title, and legal parties.
- Act as liaison between buyers, sellers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contract deadlines and ensure all required documents are complete and submitted on time.
- Manage and organize property disposition efforts, including ordering drone photography and posting properties on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms.
- Track and report on transaction and disposition status regularly.
- Identify process improvements to streamline transaction workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or similar admin/logistics roles.
- Strong familiarity with real estate processes, especially land transactions.
- Proficiency with Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Professional demeanor and self-starter mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience marketing real estate properties online (e.g., Facebook Marketplace).
- Minimal accent with clear, understandable spoken English.
- Prior experience coordinating with U.S.-based teams or clients.
- Demonstrated professional communication and presentation skills.
