As the Recruiting & Customer Care Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Care Phone Handling:
• Handle inbound respondent communication.
• Assist with resolving questions or issues.
• Ensure respondent qualifications for tests.
• Assess respondent behavior for panel suitability.
• Cold call pre-existing and potential respondents.

• Customer Care Digital Channel & Database Handling:
• Strive for digital channel resolutions.
• Ensure timely responses to incoming queries.
• Update respondent information in the database.
• Handle hard-copy communications.
• Complete administrative projects.

Training and Metrics:

• Meet monthly phone and digital channel metrics.
• Attend and pass quarterly training quizzes.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Familiarity with digital communication channels (Live Chat, SMS, Email).
• Ability to read respondent behavior over the phone.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor.

Compensation: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week, Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM. Flexible scheduling available.

Location: Twin Cities/Neighboring areas of Minnesota.

Additional Information: Part-time employees eligible for 401(k), PTO, holidays, and medical insurance (30-34 hours/week).

Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance Required.
