Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
The Recruitment Coordinator sits within the People team, playing a crucial role in recruiting talent to deliver Catch22 services. Support delivery of a high-quality recruitment service enabling Catch22 to attract, engage and onboard high-calibre talent.
Work in partnership with hiring managers and People team specialists. Be the first point of contact for recruitment queries.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on recruitment and candidate attraction strategy
- Publish job adverts
- Manage employee referral scheme
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers
- Deliver excellent candidate experience
- Support recruitment practice and policy development at Catch22
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
- Experience supporting and advising hiring managers
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters)
- Ability to craft engaging adverts
- Strong relationship-building and candidate care skills
Contract: Fixed-term until December 2025 (Maternity Cover)
Hours & Work Pattern: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 FTE; £21,600 pro rata
Location: Home-based, with travel to London, Brasted office, and other sites as required
