Intern Recruitment Intern (2 Months Internship)

We're looking for a Graduate to start their career in recruitment.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be trained to fill vacancies by:

• Headhunting
• Posting & publishing ads
• Screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing candidates

Duration: 2 Months

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

Job Location: Remote

What You Will Learn:

• Understand the recruitment process (sourcing, vetting, screening, headhunting & interviewing).
• Design and implement a recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job boards.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using recruiting tools to filter candidates.
• Headhunt passive candidates.

Internship Requirements:

• Males & females are welcome to apply.
• A proficient level of English is a MUST
• Bachelor's Degree is a MUST
• Graduation year not later than 2024 nor earlier than 2022.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
