As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care and support services within a designated geographical area, aligning with CCH Group's business objectives.
Provide strong leadership and support to Branch Managers across your region, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
Key responsibilities include ensuring branches meet budgeted growth targets, manage agency spending effectively, and maintain full compliance.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager for the South and Scheduling Manager to ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Efficient, organized, and experienced Regional Manager passionate about providing exceptional care.
- Previous leadership and business development experience from a social care organization.
- Strong budget, business management, and commercial skills.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams to their full potential.
Driving license and car is essential.
