About this role: Pareto is seeking a Regional Manager in Latin America to build and expand our operations, focusing on Customer Support and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and expand operations & support teams in Latin America.
- Serve as champion for LATAM teams, sharing insights and reporting on performance.
- Recruit & hire PM & CS team members in Latin America.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple Latin American locations.
- Mentor regional team leads for high performance.
- Analyze KPIs to optimize processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing teams regionally in Latin America.
- Deep knowledge of Latin American work culture.
- Fluent Spanish, strong English communication.
- Understanding of challenges for LATAM teams working with US-based teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading teams for a US-based company with global teams.
- Experience managing LATAM-based PM or CS teams.
- Experience with data delivery or AI products.
- Experience in early-stage tech startups.
