Full-Time Regional Portfolio Manager

Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, enforcing FPI Management policies, and meeting client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare annual operating budgets.
2. Monitor project budgets, marketing, and financial status; alert FPI Management Executive Committee of changes.
3. Complete monthly/quarterly Property Manager Checklist.
4. Make rent and concession recommendations.
5. Verify property compliance with forms, leases, documents, and other requirements.
6. Maintain unit maintenance to FPI standards.
7. Review vacancies, availability, and turnover rates.
8. Review financial reports and ensure budgetary control.
9. Monitor service requests and resident satisfaction.
10. Maintain a professional appearance.
11. Provide training and guidance to employees.
12. Respond to resident, client, and vendor calls within 24 hours.
13. Participate in recruiting and hiring decisions.
14. Meet all training requirements.
15. Evaluate on-site personnel performance and document communication.
16. Ensure CD Annual Reviews and staff reviews are completed.
17. Ensure compliance with FPI Safety Policies and Procedures.
18. Maintain positive communication with clients and supervisors.

Other Responsibilities:

• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Comply with Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies.
• Adhere to FPI's Dress Code Policy.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Meet all training requirements (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
• Perform any additional duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in property management, managing affordable and market-rate communities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certifications (ARM, CAM, etc.) preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (state-dependent).
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and operable vehicle.
• Proficient in English.
