Full-Time Regional Project Manager - Construction

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Tactical responsibilities reporting to PMO Regional Lead
• Drive consistent project delivery in the region
• Collaborate with regional Portfolio Managers & Strategic Negotiators
• Develop, implement, and drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with site contractors to ensure alignment on schedule, execution, quality, and deliverables
• Conduct regular project performance assessments and reporting
• Promote safety, security, and environmental awareness
• Prepare RFPs
• Prepare recommendations (scope, invoices, changes)
• Prepare contract documentation (SOW, work orders, amendments)
• Upload contracts to Simba and obtain Legal approvals
• Obtain approvals and submit via Skyvine (commercial spend, bonds, deeds, invoices)

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage project risks
• Oversee risk management for RPM projects
• Strategic planning to achieve project goals
• Implement KPIs for performance forecasting and analysis
• Implement lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement
• Review and assess pipeline projects, plan RFP strategy

Experience Requirements:

• 5-10 years of project management and construction management experience
• Large-scale infrastructure and utilities construction experience
• Technical knowledge of utilities networks and data center interaction
• Experience throughout the construction project lifecycle
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with complex, high-budget projects

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Detailed understanding of utilities networks
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with third parties
• Contract management and negotiation
• PMP designation
