Contractor Rehabilitation Consultant Contractor

Our Kairros Western Australia branch is seeking contractors for multiple locations.

Locations: Esperance, Albany (and surrounds), Kalgoorlie, Broome, Kununurra, Port Hedland, or Karratha.

You'll be a key member of a team supporting individuals recovering from workplace injuries (physical or psychological).

Responsibilities:

• Assess needs.
• Develop effective solutions and strategies for safe return to work (same or new employer).
• Collaborate with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant professional registration (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling).
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of customer service.
• Strong time management skills.
