Full-Time Release Train Engineer

Mission: Plan, coordinate, and improve the ART to achieve PI objectives. Align business, product, and technical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Cadences: PI Planning, PI Sync, System Demo, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt.
• Dependencies and Sequencing: Prioritize work and resolve internal/external dependencies.
• Governance and Reporting: Dashboards, metrics, reports to management and PMO.
• Coaching and Improvement: Increase squad maturity, improve reporting, maintain improvement backlog.
• Quality and Compliance: CI/CD practices, automated tests, Definition of Done, respect CSPN/PSD.
• Delivery and Client Relations: Synchronize deliveries and run, manage interfaces and client expectations.
• Communication: With stakeholders like Product Management, Architecture, QA/DevOps, security, PMO, and clients.

Requirements:

• Bac+5 in computer science with 3–7+ years in RTE/SAFe/Agile roles in multi-squad environments, ideally in the financial sector.

Required Skills:

• Technical and Methodological: SAFe, Jira/Confluence, CI/CD notions, knowledge or ability to integrate CSPN/PSD requirements.
• Leadership and Communication: Ability to influence without formal authority, facilitation, technical communication.
• Languages: Fluent French, technical English desired.
