Job Summary
- Leads complex programs across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets.
- Focuses on regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Manages a team of remediation professionals.
- Drives program performance to meet client satisfaction and KPIs.
- Develops solutions to client problems.
- Integrates global resources into local delivery.
- Supervises a team of remediation professionals.
- Serves as a focal point for issue resolution.
- Implements succession plans for the program team.
- Works with Client Account Managers to grow profitable backlog.
- Builds relationships with key client contacts.
- Leads capture strategies for key pursuits.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field AND (10) ten years of experience including 2 years of leadership positions.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geoscience, or related discipline
- P.G. or P.E. Licensed in California
- (10) Ten years of experience within the environmental consulting industry
- (5) Five years focused on Oil and Gas clients in California.
