Job Title: Billing Specialist
Duration: Long term contract-to-hire
Location: Fully Remote (EST based hours)
Shift: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
*Must start between 7:30am-9am and work 8 hours per day, end day by 6pm*
Skills/experience:
- Completed HS diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel experience
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Experience in or aptitude to learn about Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle, Billing
- Experience with Dental Billing, commercial insurance or Medicaid
- Proficiency with dental or medical software, Dentrix or EagleSoft is preferred
Day to Day: Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to join the team! This role is fully remote or onsite in Morrisville, NC. If onsite, will work 4 days a week onsite with 1 remote day. This role is part of the Central Billing Office team that supports over 150 dental clinics nationwide from a billing and insurance perspective. This team focuses on collections, AR, revenue cycle, payment posting, dental commercial insurance and Medicaid participation. The ideal candidate will have a background or aptitude for Dental billing, great work ethic and ability to learn software quickly! This is part of a growing team and has the opportunity to be long term.
