Full-Time Remote Faculty Success Coach

Faculty Support and Coaching Role: Faculty are at the core of our student success. As Unitek Learning grows, faculty support is essential for student success. The Faculty Coach will review courses, offer feedback, and ensure academic program quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use performance data to identify coaching/training opportunities.
• Evaluate faculty performance regularly with detailed notes and document efforts/outcomes.
• Analyze documentation to inform larger educational initiatives.
• Address concerns and ensure faculty expectations and student support are met.
• Collaborate with scheduling, training, and leadership to improve the student experience.
• Review online classrooms to meet expectations.
• Recognize and celebrate high-performing faculty.
• Promote faculty community through engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback to faculty on participation and contributions.
• Coach faculty on best practices, active learning, and student support.
• Collaborate to address faculty feedback and recommendations.
• Serve as a mentor, providing guidance and support with instructional resources and strategies.
• Identify and escalate course quality/effectiveness issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance program quality.
• Stay informed about higher education pedagogy and andragogy.
• Assist in the design and delivery of faculty workshops and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of course reviews, feedback, and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
