Hostaway is seeking a pro-active, driven Remote Operations Generalist to support the company's growth.
Your Mission
- Develop processes, policies, and systems for efficient operational growth.
- Support remote company community and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
- Assist with company events (offsites).
- Support onboarding processes (ordering devices, IT setup).
- Support ad hoc company projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
- Experience remotely supporting a distributed workforce.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English (writing/speaking).
