Full-Time Renovation Project Manager

Manage market operations with on-site/in-person research, assist with contractor meetings & recruiting, and contractor performance & coaching in support of the REO & REIT department. Lead from the front!

Scope creation per client specifications, design book, and 'clean, safe & functional' objectives.

Manage the bidding and estimating utilizing RenoWalk platform or other approved bid platforms.

Execute on the specifications & SLA's for renovation clients with the local contractor team.

Review & enforce client design specifications to contractor team while managing their capacity requirements.

Manage the pipeline of approved workload to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts with team members.

Lead the local market procurement/purchase process & required approvals with the contractor team and Altisource.

Review and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and agreed to SLA's while meeting business objectives and overall guidelines.

Prepare and make monthly presentations to renovation management regarding local market operations & client deliverables.

Additional duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Vast history of construction knowledge with at least 10 years of REO & REIT experience.
• Single Family Construction & Remodeling experience with a National/Regional level Project Management background.
• High-level construction remodeling & management experience including excellent decision-making capabilities, above average organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, RenoWalk scoping application, and HOVER/Eagle View applications.
• Reliable transportation for site visits (vehicle allowance included).
• Valid Driver License & Car Insurance.

First 90 days responsibilities:

• Manage renovation pipeline of bid requests & approved scopes of work.
• Perform follow up to achieve desired performance for scoping of work, bidding, and repair operations.
• Onboarding additional renovation revenue generating clients.
• Perform assessment of contractor team & renovation processes.
