We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Requirements Management Engineer for our embedded systems team in the automotive sector.
In this role, you will manage, track, and ensure the completeness and consistency of system and software requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Your contributions will directly influence the quality and reliability of cutting-edge automotive solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements for embedded automotive systems.
- Translate high-level customer needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Ensure alignment with system architecture, design, and project objectives.
- Use specialized tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion) to create, maintain, and track requirements.
- Establish traceability between system, software, and hardware requirements.
- Manage changes and updates to requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Collaborate with validation and testing teams to ensure requirements are testable.
- Support in creating test plans and cases that align with system requirements.
- Address gaps and inconsistencies identified during testing.
- Ensure all requirements comply with automotive standards (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and ASPICE).
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and technological advancements in embedded systems.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in embedded systems engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in test requirement management (preferred in the automotive or embedded systems domain).
- Knowledge of automotive functionalities is required.
- Proficiency in tools like IBM DOORS, Polarion, or Jama Connect.
- Familiarity with automotive development standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with CAN/LIN protocols and embedded system development (a plus).
- Strong English communication skills.
