Full-Time Research Program Manager

OpportunityVoice AI stands at the cusp of a paradigm shift. The RoleYou will lead the strategic execution of our Voice AI Foundations research program. Your mission is to accelerate our path to breakthrough voice AI capabilities by:

1. Architecting and managing a portfolio of research initiatives across neural audio codecs, generative models, and multimodal speech systems
2. Developing strategic roadmaps that align research objectives with company goals, identifying dependencies and critical paths
3. Orchestrating collaboration between research teams, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing
4. Building and maintaining research infrastructure
5. Creating processes that balance researchers' need for creative freedom with the imperative to validate ideas quickly and scale successful approaches
6. Establishing clear success metrics and experimental frameworks
7. Managing relationships with external partners
8. Ensuring research outputs are properly documented, replicated, and positioned for productization

• Deep familiarity with machine learning research processes
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs
• Experience building and managing research infrastructure
