We are seeking a Research Operations Program Manager to join our UX Research & Insights (UXRI) organization.
You will be the backbone that enables smooth collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver programs and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects.
- Support tool and vendor procurement.
- Evolve the UXR new hire onboarding experience.
- Oversee OKR planning and reporting.
- Build relationships with key operational partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI.
- 2+ years of cross-functional project experience (preferably in research, design, or product).
- Experience supporting team enablement.
- Proven problem-solving, time management, and result-driven skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hybrid or global environment.
- Understanding of UX research methodologies.
- Experience in setting up new research programs.
Compensation: $111,200 - $172,400 base pay + equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
