Full-Time Research Program Manager

We are seeking a Research Operations Program Manager to join our UX Research & Insights (UXRI) organization.

You will be joining a rapidly scaling global Experience Team (EX).

Role Responsibilities:

• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects and programs.
• Support tool and vendor procurement.
• Evolve the UXR new hire onboarding experience.
• Oversee the end-to-end OKR planning and reporting process.
• Ensure strong internal alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 2+ years of experience contributing to cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting team enablement efforts.
• Proven ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hybrid environment.
• Understanding of UX research methodologies.
• Able to evangelize the value of research.
• Experience setting up and executing new research programs.

Compensation: $111,200 - $172,400, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
