Full-Time Resource & Planning Operations Manager

As a Resource Operations Manager, you'll drive operational efficiency and strategic resource planning across product development, engineering, and technology teams. Within the Planning & Resource team, you'll support effective allocation, governance, and optimization of resources to align with business priorities and delivery timelines. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll lead initiatives to improve workforce planning, streamline processes, and support business objectives through data-informed decision making.

You'll join a small, high-performing team with ambitious goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused individual thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate data set reflecting P&T resource alignment to ensure a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with TA, Finance, and HR to oversee vacancy approvals adhering to audit requirements.
• Effectively manage contingent labor requests with key 3rd parties.

Essential Skills

• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with large, changing data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders of all levels and governance/process management.
• Collaborative meeting delivery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience with resource planning tools/software.
