Job Title: Appointment Setter – Retail Location
Location: Houston Metropolitan Area (In-Person)
Job Summary: As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for engaging with shoppers in a retail environment, explaining our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. Your main role is to be the first point of contact—friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated—helping customers take the first step toward a more energy-efficient home.
- Work with retail staff and assist customers as the retail staff would
- Provide a brief explanation of our products and services
- Identify potential customer needs and schedule appointments for follow-up
- Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments
Location: In-person at a retail location in Houston, TX
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to learn about our products and services
- Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
