Retail Media Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of retail media campaigns.
Hands-on role requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (printers, merchandisers, vendors, retail brand teams).
Ensure smooth implementation of in-store paid media activities (point-of-sale campaigns, in-store sampling, activations).
Assist Retail Media Operations Manager with campaign setup, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time/on-budget deliverables.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in setup and execution of point-of-sale campaigns, in-store sampling, and activations.
- Coordinate with internal/external partners for timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Oversee in-store paid activation execution, aligning with campaign objectives/branding.
- Support Performance Media Specialists (social media workflows).
- Act as daily contact between internal teams and vendors.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain/update critical path for campaign milestones and deadlines.
- Proactively identify/resolve delays/issues affecting campaign delivery timeline.
- Provide administrative support (setup process, documentation, tracking).
- Develop communication pieces for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues/resolve operational challenges.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and capturing learnings.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing critical paths and meeting deadlines.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and retail partners.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in retail marketing, campaign coordination (preferred).
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Interest in retail, media operations, and consumer behavior.
- Passion for liquor industry brands.
- High attention to detail in executing campaign materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google equivalents.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivery excellence.
