Contractor Retention Marketing Specialist

Retention Marketing Specialist for PHI Direct and Furkin.

We are seeking a Retention Marketing Specialist to help build and expand our member base across Canada.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Optimizing marketing channels for customer retention.
• Reporting on campaign performance & insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Care, and IT teams.
• Partnering with external agencies on social assets and campaign development.
• Identifying data needs for personalization and dynamic content.
• Utilizing A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral targeting.
• Building and managing email campaigns (onboarding, promotional, newsletters).
• Managing member stories, UGC, and surprise & delight opportunities.
• Managing content library for policyholder & claims communications.
• Providing administrative support (Planted in Memory, claims, emails, social).
• Managing and growing referral program.
• Managing social media accounts (content creation and comment management).
• Supporting member initiatives for North American expansion.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot).
• Email coding (HTML, CSS) knowledge.
• Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM) or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva, and design software (InDesign, Illustrator).
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of project management software (Asana, Jira).
• Strong analytical skills & data optimization.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail & time management.
