Full-Time Revenue Cycle Account Manager

Revenue Cycle Account Manager is responsible for the execution and management of the revenue cycle process for assigned offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and review patient insurance information for billing, collections, appeals, and cash processes.
2. Follow up on dental billing and accounts receivable for all payers.
3. Process dental insurance EOBs, appeals, denials, and resolve denials promptly and accurately.
4. Understand insurance EOBs and apply appropriate adjustments according to guidelines.
5. Post payments from insurance carriers and patients.
6. Utilize various collection methods (phone, fax, mail, online).
7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, resolve requests, and escalate complaints.
8. Audit accounts for quality.
9. Perform other related duties.

Requirements:

• One year of dental revenue cycle, billing, or operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Dentrix preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Working Conditions: Office environment, prolonged sitting, computer work.
