Full-Time Revenue Cycle Account Manager

Revenue Cycle Account Manager is responsible for the execution and management of the revenue cycle process from start to finish for their assigned offices.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and reviewing patient insurance information for billing, collections, appeals, and cash processes to ensure clean claims.
• Following up on dental billing and accounts receivable for all payers.
• Processing dental insurance EOBs, appeals, denials, and resolving denials timely and accurately.
• Understanding insurance EOBs and applying appropriate adjustments.
• Posting payments from insurance carriers and patients.
• Utilizing various collection methods (phone, fax, mail, online).
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving requests and escalating complaints.
• Auditing accounts for quality.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One year of dental revenue cycle, billing, operations, or clinical experience.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and/or Dentrix preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, timely responses.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with goals and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Typical office environment. Prolonged sitting, computer work. Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
