As a Program Manager, you will lead projects from initiation through completion, including project communications, kickoff, task and milestone management, scope management, change management, risks/issues management, and hitting target go-live dates with timely transition to operations/client management. You will have ownership of and responsibility for your assigned projects. The ideal candidate for this position would have project management and revenue cycle experience. The Revenue Cycle Program Manager serves as a key liaison between nimble and its healthcare clients, ensuring the successful execution of revenue cycle initiatives that drive performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale internal and client-facing programs, coordinating internal operational teams, and delivering results across the revenue cycle.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on revenue cycle initiatives, managing expectations, and building strong relationships
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of revenue cycle programs for clients, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams (e.g., managed care, coding, billing, AR, denial management) to meet program goals and timelines
- Manage cross-functional projects that enhance client revenue performance and operational efficiency
- Manage third-party vendor performance specific to the delivery of managed care and credentialing services
- Analyze revenue cycle data, identify performance gaps, and recommend strategic interventions
- Prepare and deliver detailed client-facing reports, dashboards, and business reviews
- Coordinate change management, training, and communications across client stakeholders and internal teams
- Track and manage risks, escalations, and issue resolution to maintain program health
- Stay current on payer policies, compliance regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive guidance to clients
- Support business development teams with program scoping, solution design, and client onboarding
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field requiredMaster’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred
Experience
2+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management within a vendor or consulting firmExperience managing client-facing projects or programs with measurable impactStrong understanding of end-to-end RCM functions
