Job Purpose and RoleThe Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager will play a crucial role in streamlining our revenue processes, systems, and strategies to foster business growth. This role focuses on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to ensure a smooth revenue generation process. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of sales processes, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to utilize technology to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience developing systems and processes, ideally in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a detailed revenue operations strategy.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Analyze current revenue processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the management of HubSpot and revenue technology strategy.
- Analyze data to provide insights and regular reports as well as recommendations for revenue growth.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure the proper integration of systems.
- Establish and monitor KPIs.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in GTM systems and sales technology tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis and reporting tools
