• Conduct risk reviews.
• Lead schedule and cost-effective risk assessments.
• Integrate risk management within project controls.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Create value stream mapping.
• Collaborate on supplier performance management.
• Support expert witnesses.
• Manage construction stage contract and claims.
• Evaluate delay recovery measures.
• Supervise measurement and valuation of completed works.
• Manage final accounts with contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience.
• Construction project procurement and contract management experience.
• Program Management or Program Controls environment experience.
• Knowledge of risk identification techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of construction contracts.
• Proficient in process mapping and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools (ARM, Predict, Tableau).
• Self-motivated and customer-centric.
