Contractor Roofing/Solar Sales Representative (REMOTE)

• Roofing:
• Identify prospective customers through referrals and ad campaigns.
• Conduct virtual or onsite inspections and assess roofing needs.
• Present roofing products and services tailored to customer requirements.
• Provide accurate estimates and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
• Oversee job completion.

• Solar:
• Evaluate site suitability for solar installations.
• Educate customers on solar energy benefits and financing options.
• Create customized solar energy packages.
• Prepare proposals and present the design to the customer.
• Collaborate with engineering and obtain work permits.
• Coordinate with installation teams and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing, solar or home improvement sales.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and phone skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to perform virtual and onsite assessments and basic calculations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally in NH and Northern MA.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of local building codes and solar regulations
• Experience with financing and rebate programs for solar installations
