Full-Time S3 Project Controller

• Responsible for providing precise, on-time, and guideline-compliant PCIS calculations
• Track project risks and opportunities
• Act as the navigator of the project and provide guidance to the team
• Ensure accurate PCIS calculation with correct input/output, including analysis and business conclusions
• Ensure the PCIS output is fully understood by the quote team
• Prepare RT documents, upload ePCIS into the system, and follow up on approval status
• Understand and apply tools that feed PCIS (BOM Interface, CT, PCS)
• Provide cost breakdowns to Sales
• Verify award conditions
• Prepare award PCIS and share with the team, including targets
• Prepare eCR financial analysis with team support
• Drive eCR/PCA within the project team
• Support PM and update PCIS
• Track EBIT, including targets
• Analyze contribution margin and propose improvements
• Support internal/external change requests and guide the team to meet LOPO and targets
• Prepare financial summaries and bridges for management meetings
• Actively contribute to cost improvement initiatives
• Perform other activities requested by BD/PM
• Support Customer Center Controller in analyzing and improving contribution margin for serial products, when required
• Guide the team to comply with Continental procedures and legal requirements (e.g., Open Book Policy)
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen in guiding business toward organizational goals (Cash, Asset Management, etc.)
• Develop business cases when requested by management
• Support claim calculations

• Bachelor’s degree required - Business administration preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Project responsible or supporting through various gates during the lifecycle
• Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve results
• Open-minded and adaptable to working in multicultural environment
• Expert knowledge: Understanding Continental Tools - PCIS, GPS, ePSR, CUPA, etc.. and Continental Guideline - related to Finance & Controling (eg Open book Policy, Acquisition Process, Quotation Process, etc..)
• Advanced knowledge: MS Office Package- Excel, PowerPoint, etc, Business English, Communication Skill, PLC ( Product Life Cycle) Procedure, Related TC tools and output
• Basic knowledge: Presentation Skill, Intercultural Knowledge, Understanding Conti Organization & Communication Matrix and Understanding Legal issue
