SaaS B2B Sales Executive (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our software products inside-out and help clients identify how our solutions can help them.
  • Sell our software subscription plans and ensure customer renewals.
  • Understand software compatibility with various hardware (computers, tablets, smartphones, printers).
  • Address customer objections during sales process.
  • Collaborate with external partners and resellers during client onboarding.
  • Identify reasons for client churn and share actionable improvement ideas.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms).
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and digital product demonstrations, communicating the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong emailing and lead-generation skills.
  • Consistent follow-up with potential and current clients.
  • Document communication with clients and report on them.
  • Excellent digital and in-person communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, working independently and in teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment (highly desirable).
  • Professional demeanour and dressing.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (word processing, SaaS platforms, spreadsheets, cloud-based collaborative programs).
  • Fluent in English.

This is a contract/consultancy role.

Compensation:

  • Base pay: $46/month + $10-20 internet and airtime allowance.
  • Commission: $9 per customer acquired (increments to $13 after monthly threshold).
  • Base pay increments to $156/month after achieving a certain number of customers (usually 40-50).

Requirements:

  • Dedicated, good working laptop.
  • Good internet connectivity.
  • Dedicated phone number for sales activities.
  • Reports submitted weekly.
  • Possible in-person client meetings for sales closure.
