About the Job:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to manage our end-to-end customer acquisition process. This role is commission-based and designed for high-achievers who are motivated by unlimited earning potential tied directly to performance. You will drive revenue growth by creating compelling content, executing targeted email campaigns, and directly closing new sales opportunities.
Compensation Structure:
This is a 100% commission-based role with significant upside potential. Your earning potential is uncapped and directly proportional to the revenue you generate.
What You'll Do:
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Develop, write, and execute segmented email campaigns to nurture prospects and drive high conversion rates.
- Plan and create engaging organic content (text, graphics, video) across key social platforms to build brand awareness and community.
- Monitor all performance KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing platforms. Exceptional writing skills for persuasive sales copy and professional correspondence.
